Don began his real estate career in 1977 after a successful military career in the Marine Corps. He became a real estate broker in 1979. He has several years of experience both as a sales associate and broker/manager of a nationally recognized real estate firm. In 1999, Don received the e-Pro designation signifying his internet knowledge and expertise.

Don has represented individual homeowners, several corporate clients and third party relocation companies. In addition, he has served in several real estate leadership capacities. He has been the President of a local Real Estate association and director in the San Diego County and State of California Association of Realtors. In addition, Don has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding achievements and professionalism. Don was the Realtor of the Year for 1988, Salesperson of the Year for six consecutive years, and ranked #10 internationally for relocation achievements.

Don has been a member of the prestigious President's Club. He received recognition from the Senate of the State of California and has received various local government awards. Don's community involvement has included serving on various local city commissions, charitable organizations and homeowner associations. Don is an avid golfer and runner. He has participated in several marathons from San Diego to Athens, Greece.
